Victims of Crime Medical Care
Our Mission: To bring hope and provide Care to Victims of Crime.

Welcome to the Victims of Crime (V.O.C.) Medical Care web site, a program of Mercy Care, a Non-profit Public Organization. Our mission is to help Victims of Crime end the frustration of searching for medical providers that will evaluate, diagnose, and treat them for elective procedures, such as, Pain Management, Cosmetic or Reconstructive Surgery. We are also expanding our database of providers and medical resources to include dental and psychiatric referrals.

Are you a victim of:
Hit & Run
Assault & Battery
Drunk Driving Accident
Domestic Violence
Child Abuse
Other Criminal Act

Our goal is to help you obtain follow-up medical care and provide much needed referrals. State assistance is available FREE of charge and legal citizenship is NOT required to qualify.* You have one year from the date of incident to file a claim with the State and a minor (18 & under) has one year after their eighteenth birthday.

*Based upon qualification with the State of California.
